VICTORY IN COURT OF APPEAL AlLOWING PAYMENT OF $2.7 MILLION TO FIRM'S CLIENTS

Lee & Tran recently prevailed in the Fourth Appellate District of the California Court of Appeal. The Firm's clients collectively obtained a $2.7 million award in a JAMS arbitration. The opposing party challenged the Award in the Orange County Superior Court and then in the Court of Appeal. The Firm aggressively defended these challenges in both courts. The Award was ultimately confirmed, and payment was made to the Firm's clients after years of legal proccedings.
