Trial Victory in Employment Defense Case

Lee & Tran recently obtained a defense verdict in an employment matter before the Los Angeles Superior Court. This firm, retained on the eve of trial, was first able to get one of the defendants dismissed via motion practice. After a highly-contentious trial, the firm obtained a defense verdict for the other defendant.
